Stay and Play

Our Stay & Play is a relaxed, interactive experience designed for children entering Kindergarten (KG1 and KG2). Children join our Kindergarten educators for sensory play and classroom
exploration. Parents can see firsthand how our American curriculum supports curiosity, confidence, and early school readiness.

Stay & Play is open to prospective families considering KG1 or KG2 at NIS. To align with KHDA age-placement guidelines:

● KG1 applicants must be 4 years old by August 31, 2026.

● KG2 applicants must be 5 years old by August 31, 2026.

Yes. Our KG teachers and Kindergarten Leadership team will be available throughout the session to answer questions about curriculum, routines, wellbeing, and the transition into KG1 or KG2.

Following the Stay & Play session, our Admissions Team will guide families on a short campus tour, highlighting KG learning spaces and specialist facilities.

Sessions run for approximately 45–60 minutes, allowing time for both assessment and informal exploration.
